£ 25.00 - one hour
Reflexology home treatment
A calming experience, an holistic reflexology treatment in the convenience of your own home.
£ 30.00 - one hour (up to 12 miles from DY11 5LB)
Get relief from common pregnancy ailments such as sickness, back ache, fluid retention and fatigue. Ongoing treatments will help you adjust to the demands of coping with a new baby.
£ 25.00- one treatment
£ 30.00- home visit (up to 12 miles from DY11 5LB)
Treat yourself to a relaxing back massage. Trained in side lying massage techniques
£20.00 - 40 minutes
Enjoy a blissful relaxing massage to help you enjoy a more positive pregnancy

Ease out your stresses with a relaxing back massage
£15.00 - 30 minutes
Baby massage/reflexology 1-1 instruction.
£20.00 for one hour or £55.00 for a course of three or
£25.00 for one hour or £70.00 for a course of three at your home

At Home baby massage/reflexology groups
Just £10.00 each. (minimum three people/ babies)

If three friends and their babies join you then your session is free!
Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to the feet and hands using specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. Massage promotes relaxation and has many benefits including helping to ease away your aches and pains. Massage not only feels wonderful but promotes wellbeing too. Reflexology can help you and your body cope with the pressures of everyday life, or be used to help you manage a specific problem such as fertility or maternity issues.
